Covid-19 Safety Plan

1. Surfaces will be completely disinfected both between patients and at regular intervals throughout the day.
2. Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. Please do not arrive earlier than 5 minutes prior to your appointment time.

When booking your appointment and the day before your appointment, you will be asked a series of COVID19 risk assessment questions, if you answer YES to any of the questions, your appointment will be rescheduled to 2 weeks later.

Please do not arrive at the clinic earlier than 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. You will be required to use hand sanitizer as you enter the clinic. The waiting room will not have more than 2 people in it at a time, there will be a chair outside the door when the clinic is full. Please do not bring other family members or friends to your appointment with you.

Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. That may mean that you’re offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment.
